China’s intellectual property (IP) landscape is changing rapidly. In my role as Director of International Policy at the IPO I have watched these changes first hand.
After starting out in international banking, Neil joined the Department of Trade and Industry in 1988. In his early career there, he focused on competition, economic regulation and trade in services. Neil joined the IPO as International Policy Director in September 2011. He is also the senior UK Representative, Unified Patent Court Preparatory Committee.
