Avi Bram is an economist at the IPO, and works on issues across the different Intellectual Property Rights. His previous role was at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, as part of an analysis team dedicated to widening access to Higher Education. Prior to joining the civil service he worked for a large social research agency.
