Jo Dipple is chief executive of UK Music. Before joining UK Music in 2008, she worked at 10 Downing Street as strategic communications advisor to former Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
She has worked as a special advisor at the Treasury and for 6 years was head of public affairs for Trinity Mirror Plc. In the early 1990s she wrote a column for the Daily Mirror, 'Dear Jo', under the editorship of Piers Morgan.
