Orphan works
I’m a romantic, and there is something about the term ‘orphan works’ which pulls at the heart strings.
Margaret has worked at the IPO since 2013, helping to steer the orphan works licensing scheme through its development and launch as a live scheme in October 2014. Her other policies in the Copyright and Enforcement Directorate include Text and Data Mining and Copyright Notices.
