Matthew is a Senior Policy Advisor in the Innovation Directorate. Matthew's responsible for the IPO's university engagement policy and is working with universities and industry to embed IP teaching into the university curricula. He's also responsible for the 'Fast Forward Competition' and the 'StudentshIP Enterprise Awards'.
