When you do a job for a long period of time you find that you run into the same roadblocks on a regular basis.
Andrew joined the Intellectual Property Office in January 2012 offering help and advice to callers in the Information Centre. This was followed by 2 years travelling the country talking to businesses and giving seminars and workshops on IP.
His current role is as a Business Engagement Manager with a focus on working with pre and new start business support organisations such as the PatLib Network.
It’s a question that we often ask as part of the IPO’s outreach team and it’s not always easy to answer.
